  • Our Reversible harnesses can be hand washed or spot treated in cold water.
  • Our Collars and Leashes can be spot treated, using cold water.
  • Make sure to keep your items out of reach of your dog to prevent them from chewing on the buckles and damaging the items.  

3. Shipping

 

  • All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.
  • Orders placed before 12pm PST will receive tracking number same day.
  • Transit times vary between 3-7 business days (for US orders) depending on delivery address.
  • Delivery time does not include Weekends or Holidays.
  • Orders are shipped out same day when placed before 12pm PST
  • Shipping prices for US orders:
    • Standard shipping $6
    • 2 day Express $24.99
    • UPS Next Day Air (Only orders placed Before 12PM PST will be delivered the next business day) $69.19
    • Standard USPS shipping on orders over $65 FREE (USA Only)
  • Customs/Tariff fees are NOT included in the shipping price. Fresh Pawz is not responsible for any costs or issues that may occur. The shipping carrier will request collection once the package enters your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom, tariff, and duty fees.

 

4. Returns/ Refunds Policy and Requirements

 
We strive to have each of our customers happy with their purchase. But we know sometimes things happen and that’s perfectly ok. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund. All we ask is for the product you are requesting to return is in resellable conditions to be eligible.
Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. In order to process the return, please fill out our return form. Its located under the “How to Return” section.
You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.
We do not replace items that are damaged due to dogs chewing on leashes, buckles or any other parts of the products.
To be eligible for a return the items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, and unwashed. Items need to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved (the item must meet our return requirements), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account.

  • Package your unworn item(s) and include the packaging slip. If packaging slip is unavailable please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number.
  • Please download the returns form here 
  • Print IT, fill it in and include it in your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
